I forgot my password, or I am having trouble logging in to my GED student account, what should I do?
Go to ged.com/en and click on the 'Log In' link at top right of your screen.
On the 'Student Log In' page: click 'Forgot Account?'

Where are my test scores?
Your scores can be found on the 'My Scores' page after logging in. Scores may take up to 3 business days to process and post to accounts.

What are the test requirements and testing policy for my country?
Test requirements and policies may vary based on the country where you live. Visit our policy page and select your country for specific policy related information.

I need help rescheduling my test?
Rescheduling your test can be easily managed, if it more than 24 hours before your test appointment date and time. Take action by logging in to your profile and going to your ‘Appointments’ page.

How much does the GED Ready® Practice Test cost?
The GED Ready® practice test is $6.99 per subject, or $22.99 for all subjects (Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies).

My GED Ready® Practice Test voucher code doesn't work. What’s wrong?
If a voucher code isn’t accepted, make sure that:

  • You entered all the voucher code digits correctly
  • The voucher hasn’t expired
  • The voucher hasn’t already been used

If you’re still having issues redeeming your voucher code, contact StoreHelp@GED.com for assistance. If you purchased or received a voucher from a publisher, please contact the publisher directly.

How do I order copies of my Diploma and/or Transcript?
Click on “My Scores” in your profile and then on “Order Duplicates”. Ensure that you specify electronic or Paper Diploma and/or Transcript, depending on your requirements. Please note that the GED will courier each paper document individually at your own cost. Students can order one free paper Diploma, however, the courier fee will still apply.
