Terms & Conditions

The voucher for one free GED^® test subject applies only to GED^® test subjects that are taken on computer between February 6, 2013 and May 31, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”). The voucher is redeemable by eligible test-takers who purchase but do not pass any GED^® test subject on computer during the Promotional Period. A GED^® test subject includes any one of the following five subject areas: Language Arts, Reading; Language Arts, Writing; Social Studies; Mathematics; and Science.

Eligible test-takers include anyone who (1) has no previous record of taking a GED^® test subject on computer before February 6, 2013, and (2) meets the standard eligibility requirements for taking the GED^® test in any state or testing jurisdiction of the United States, including U.S. Territories and Insular Areas. Test-takers who have previously taken one or more GED^® test subject on paper are still eligible to participate in this voucher promotion, but test-takers should check state or testing jurisdiction policies to ensure the score(s) they receive on a computer-based test subject may be combined with the score(s) they received on a paper-based test subject toward completion of credential requirements. Qualifying test-takers will receive an email with a unique voucher code sent to the email address used when registering and scheduling their test. Codes will be emailed within 7-14 business days of testing. Test-takers are responsible for keeping their email address up to date in the registration system. The voucher code can be redeemed to retake the GED^® test subject on computer. To redeem the voucher, test-takers should enter the code at the time of payment in the box labeled, “Enter Voucher/Promotion code.” Voucher codes are valid for use through December 31, 2013 and subject to seat availability. Test-takers are eligible to receive only one voucher code during the Promotion Period.

This voucher program is being offered by GED Testing Service LLC (“GED Testing Service”). All voucher claims are subject to GED Testing Service’s final review and approval. GED Testing Service retains the right to request additional information when processing or validating a voucher submission request and is not responsible for late voucher redemptions. Test seating is limited and GED Testing Service is not responsible if there are no seats available at the time test-taker attempts to redeem the voucher code. If a test-taker fails to meet any of the terms and conditions, no voucher code will be issued.

Offer valid for a limited time and only in connection with GED^® test subjects administered on computer. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
